FINAL DEGREE PROJECT

Under the direction of Antonia Fernandez and Joaquin Mosquera, our sixth generation of students PFC begins his final project.

The site chosen for this course is Usera, developing a project of urban, architectural and social impact.

All exercises, lectures, workshops and visits related to the development of this course would be applied to this blog, conceived as a ‘notebook projects’ collective, in which all students can see its development and that of their peers.

URBAN HABITAT

The Group Urban Habitat (UH) of the UFV is established as an interdisciplinary observatory on the contemporary city to propose courses of action that allow urban reformulation in the context of the restructuring triggered by the financial crisis.

Among its objectives are hybrid tissue regeneration of post-industrial city, the analysis of the relationship between citizen participation and urban governance, and the study of the territorial factors of urban policies.
